The Power of Yin" is an online TV show based on the book by Hazel Henderson, Barbara Marx Hubbard and Jean Houston, three feminist philosophers who discuss women’s contributions to the world’s economic dialogue. We interviewed Shaula Massena from Seattle. Principal at NWSRI. 8 years experience in Software Engineering, 5 in Philanthropy and Non-Profit management, 2 in private equity. An MBA in Sustainable Business from one of only 3 schools in the country that offer it: The Bainbridge Graduate Institute - www.bgiedu.org. She focuses on finance, specifically in private equity, and is interested in how we can balance the risk-aversion of profit seeking with the risk inherent in exploring new and more socially responsible ways of doing business.
